The Park Runs on Hydro-Electric Generated Electricity

The Park has an Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Point for Guests Use

The Park Employs 4 Full-Time Employees, all Arran Locals

The Park promotes the use of Bicycles and EV’s by Park Guests

Lodges are built using Natural Materials (eg Sheep’s Wool Insulation)

All Hot Water is provided by an Efficient Air Source Heat Pump

The Lodges are spaced well apart, Providing Good Social Distancing

The Park is built using Minimal Site Excavation to keep the locked CO2 in the Soil

The Lodges are Energy Efficient and are made of Materials with Low Life Cycle Impact

The Park is situated right on the Main Island Bus Route (leave your car & take the bus)

The Lodges utilise low-power LED Lighting and Eco-Efficient Geothermal Hot Water heating

The Park Engages with “Developing the Young Workforce” (DYW) & Employ Young People for Work Experience
